The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro and shopping areas.

Air conditioning could be better.

i would say it's holiday base for staying and exploring lisbon. staff is amicable and you can park your car on site. all in all they offer excellent service. by the way, parking costs gbp 9 per day. every time in lisbon, i choose this place.

Check-in process a mess, with long wait times and disorganization. Air conditioning noisy and hard to regulate. No iron in the room, coffee making facilities lacking, little fridge would be a welcome addition. Breakfast starts too late for early travel, leading to missed meals.

The staff at the front desk were not just friendly, they were super helpful, got me ice for my drink when I asked. I was surprised at how close it is to the metro station, just a 3-minute walk so getting around was really easy.

It's a pretty basic airport hotel, but the breakfast area is cute and has nice couches where you can chill. The mini pancake machine was a fun surprise! The AC was a bit iffy and didn't keep the room cool enough. Not much around for food if you arrive late.
